Can I export my data?

Is my data backed up?

Terms of Service - Pickleball Journal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pickleball Journal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device in accordance with these Terms.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Transfer your license to another person
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Your Responsibilities

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Game statistics or calculations will be 100% accurate
Your data will be preserved if your device is lost, damaged, or replaced

Important: This App stores data locally on your device only. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur while playing pickleball or using the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickleball Journal from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice
Update these Terms at any time

We will notify you of significant changes through the App or App Store update notes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Your use of this App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA will prevail for any matters specifically covered therein.
